BattView does not collect, save, share or sell any of your personal data. 

BattView reads battery level data from fitness devices that you connect to vis Bluetooth. None of this data is saved, shared or sold.

BattView uses no passwords or other personal identifying information. 


About Bluetooth Device Usage

BattView asks other Bluetooth devices to provide information. These devices can choose to respond or deny these requests.

BattView sends no information about your device to any other Bluetooth device.

📣 Some devices may send back a pairing request number. BattView doesn't use this type of connection. You can safely dismiss this request.

  BattView  support starts here FAQ Q: Why can't I get battery levels from all my devices? A: There are a couple of challenges: Many Bluetooth devices support only one connection at a time. It is best to run Battery Tests before opening any other apps. This lets GearView read battery levels before the respective devices are  connected to other apps.  BattView supports Bluetooth devices that do not require secure pairing with a proprietary app. Devices like Garmin bike computers or Cycliq cameras will not report battery levels to a general purpose app like BattView. I also recently discovered that BattView works well a fter finishing a ride . I shut down all my apps like Zwift and Stages Cycling.
